Hi & welcome to my blog! I thought I’d tell you all a little bit about me:
My name is Madeline McCall & I am living in Kentucky. I split my time between Louisville, where my boyfriend & family live, and Lexington, where I am currently enrolled in my last year of law school. I am 24 years old & wish I could stay that age forever.
I love love love coffee & thriller/mystery novels (think Gone Girl, Sharp Objects, Girl on the Train, etc). But I definitely have more time for reading when I’m not in school. I enjoy watching scary movies & my favorite tv show is The Office, which I’ve probably watched all the way through hundreds of times. I have a white cat named Opal, who will likely be featured on here occasionally!
Clothing is a passion of mine that really took off when I started working as an employee at J.Crew Factory a few years ago. Being immersed in retail, I learned useful terminology & became familiarized with various facets of the industry. An interested in fashion isn’t “shallow,” although that’s often the first assumption that comes to mind. Choosing your clothing is how you express yourself to the world & how you find your sense of identity. I love helping people find genuine pieces & deals, which is why I decided to start sharing content on Instagram & on this blog!
I hope you enjoy reading my blog posts on Legally-Stylish. More than anything, I hope that I might inspire someone else to start sharing their own dream or passion as well!! It took me forever to take that leap of faith because I was afraid of what people might think. I was also afraid of being vulnerable. But I realized I needed to do this for me & I haven’t regretted it one day!
